The HatBar idea began while planning my son’s 4th birthday. Watching kids design hats together, help one another, and proudly walk out wearing them was powerful. They didn’t just make hats - they built teamwork and a sense of belonging. Long after the party, they kept wearing what they created.
After nearly 15 years in the corporate world, I saw the same impact with my teams. Custom Hats created connection at work, a simple Hat became a shared identity.
